‍Mountain Top Pop Up with INNELLEA
Location:  Roundhouse Lodge at the top of Emerald Chair.
Date and Time : Friday March 13 at 12pm
Info: A single-day lift ticket, Sightsee ticket or Pass is required to access the mountaintop pop-up. Tickets can be purchased online or at any Guest Services location in the resort.
Fans can access the pop-up on foot vis Whistler Village Gondola and PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola but a short hike is required.
The entrance to the Mountain Top Pop-Up will be at the top of the Emerald 6 Chair, adjacent to the G.S Run. All ski and snowboard equipment must be left on the rack outside the pop-up venue before entry.
We strongly recommend that all fans download the Whistler Village Gondola after the show.
There will be a walking path with support from Patrol from Roundhouse Lodge.
NO ALCOHOL OR SUBSTANCES PERMITTED ON-SITE.

Gates: 3:00 PM PT
Show: 4:00 PM PT
ID Policy: Please provide two pieces of valid physical identification. One (1) photo ID (driver's license, passport, government issued personal identification card) and one (1) secondary verification (credit card with signature, student ID, debit card).
There will be no ins & outs at this event. Not to worry, everything you’ll need is located inside the event grounds.
Food and Beverages will be available to purchase throughout the Venue.

BOX OFFICE will be open from 3:00 PST on Saturday March 14 & Sunday March 15. This will be located on Base 2, mid-mountain at the exit of the Excalibur Gondola.

Tickets will be available for purchase on site at the box office located near the Gondola drop off. Tickets will also be available online via QR code at the Gondola and Shuttle pick up stations.

Forget the printer: we’ll scan your QR code directly from your mobile device. To ensure a smooth entry at the gates, please follow these steps:

‍Download Early: Log into your AdmitONE account to download your PDF tickets or add them directly to your Apple Wallet.

‍

‍Avoid the "No Service" Stress: Service can be spotty at the gates! Download your tickets before you leave home.

The only way to access the venue is via Excalibur Gondola or Festival Shuttle Buses. Both are free for EO ticket holders. Please note, proof of admission is required to board the Gondola or Shuttle services.

Shuttle Pick Up Location (Sat-Sun):
Gondola Transit Exchange in Whistler Village on Blackcomb Way locatied adjacent to the Excalibur Gondola. Shuttle service begins at 3:30 PM.

Gondola Pick Up (Sat-Sun): Whistler Village (Gondola Transit Exchange, Whistler, BC, V8E 1G3)

Parking: Available in lots 1-5. All Are walking distance to the Excalibur Gondola and Shuttle Bus pick-up.

Uber/Lyft & Taxi: Extremely limited and pick-up is only available in Whistler Village @ Village GT at Northlands, Whistler, BC, V8E 1A4.

Shuttle & Gondola: Both services will be available to bring ticket holders back down to Whistler Village

Walking: A marked walking path will be available for the EXIT at the end of the show, past the Gondola station. Please follow the directions! Owing to the weather, the path may be slippery! Beware, and use at your own risk.

Event grounds will remain open until 10PM
